Description
Circa 1890. Guests at 5 Ojo choose between four restored buildings ranging in vintage from an 1891 Victorian to a 1940s cottage. Rooms are decorated with antiques but include modern amenities such as refrigerators and coffeemakers. Most rooms include whirlpool tubs and fireplaces. The Carriage House Cottage and the Anniversary Suite are ideal places for honeymooners or those celebrating a special occasion. Among its romantic amenities, the Anniversary Suite includes a private porch with a swing. Gourmet breakfasts are served in the Sweet House's dining room, but private dining can be arranged. Eureka Springs with its 63-65 springs, has been a sought after spa town for more than a century.

Minimum Stay Requirements: Usually two nights on weekends and special events. Three nights some festival and holiday weekends. Cancellation: If a cancellation notice is received 10 days or less prior to the arrival date (30 days for groups with 3 or more rooms), a full charge will be made. If the vacancy is filled, a full refund will be made less a $25 processing fee. For cancellations more than 10 or 30 days, whichever applies, prior to the arrival date, a full refund will be made less a $25 processing fee. No refunds on early departures. Pets: Pre-approved pets (dogs only) up to 50 pounds are welcomed in either the Carriage House room or the Anniversary Suite. There is a $20 per day charge for the pet. Smoking: Outside Only.
