Policies |
Minimum Stay Requirements: One-night stays will be accepted, especially during the week or for first-time guests. However, a minimum two-night reservation is preferred for weekends and required during some holidays and special-event dates. Cancellation: 7-day cancellation policy (14 days for holidays and special-event dates). If canceling within the cancellation period prior to the scheduled date of arrival, the guest is responsible for the cost of the rooms unless the room nights are rebooked. If any room nights are rebooked, a credit for those nights will be issued to the guest's credit card less our cancellation fee of $30 per cancelled room or 4% of the total reservation rebooked, with the $30 minimum per room charged no matter the time of cancellation. Pets: Pets Allowed, Innkeepers pets on premises and Guest pets are not allowed. Innkeeoers have two cats. Smoking: Smoke Free Property.
