Cancellation:	For cancellation notices received within 14 days of the arrival date, a penalty of 50% of the total charges (or one night's stay, whichever is higher) will be processed, only if the room cannot be rebooked for the entire reservation. If the room cannot be resold for the entire length of the original reservation the full cancellation penalty will be processed. Please note that if you arrive after the date specified, depart earlier than scheduled or do not show at all, there will be a full charge for those lost nights. Gift Certificates are non-refundable with no cash back on unused credits.

Murder Mystery Weekends
Located in the foothills of southern Vermont, the Austin Hill Inn offers murder mystery weekends throughout the year. Guests themselves have the fun of assuming the roles of suspects, murderers, even victims and everyone plays detective. Weekend packages are available Friday – Sunday including a four course candlelit dinner Saturday evening. Sunday morning’s breakfast is full of laughter during the awards ceremony or “mini Oscars”. Price for 2ppl for the weekend is $485 inclusive.
