Minimum Stay Requirements:	2 nights May through October
Cancellation:	Reservations required with a deposit equal to the first night's stay. Deposits are refundable, minus a $10 service charge per room, if cancellations are made 14 days prior to arrival. The policy also applies to early departures (shortened reservations). Less than two weeks (14 days) notice will result in full charges for the number of room(s) and days reserved with your credit card. 'No Shows' will be charged for the entire amount of the stay (number of days times room rate plus tax). No Cancellation on "Specials."
Smoking:	Smoke Free Property.
