Minimum Stay Requirements:Minimum of two to three night stay required on weekends, special events and holidays. If less, surcharges may apply
Children Restrictions:Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult or parent at all times. Violation will result in loss of room without refund.
Cancellation:Prepayment required. Ten-day cancellation policy. Cancellation fee imposed on all reservations cancelled within 10 days of arrival date. Group booking requires 100% prepayment and 50% cancellation fee imposed if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, no refund after that. Early checkout penalty applies
Pets:Pets Allowed, In limited number of rooms, dogs only with prior authorization, $20 per pet per night fee. Unauthorized pets result in $100 fine plus 200% of pet fee for the length of stay. Pet damages, loss of rent if any, will be additional and must be guaranteed by credit card.
