Cancellation:

For cancellations received more than 7 days prior to the planned arrival date, a $25/room/night charge will be assessed. For cancellations received 7, or fewer, days prior to the planned arrival date, 50% of the total charge for the stay will be assessed. For cancellations received on the planned arrival date, or for a “no-show”, 100% of the total charge for the stay will be assessed. The credit card on file will be charged if a cancellation fee becomes necessary.
