“Elegant, Romantic, Amazing!”
Katie GMonkton, MD
Such an elegant house and decor! I felt like a princess all weekend. The rooms are Huge and plush with 4-poster beds, the bathrooms are enormous and have jacuzzi tubs for two. Fireplaces galore. Great food. Amazing ambiance. Central to so many different attractions it was almost hard to choose, and definitely cause for going back again! We look forward to visiting Ascot House every year! Mrs. Codd was such a gracious and helpful hostess. Anyone who can stay at this B&B definitelly SHOULD. It is absolutely amazing!!!! Best B&B we've ever experienced anywhere. A must see :)

“Anniversay was So Special”
Christine Holdstock5/5/2009
We spent our twentieth wedding anniversary at the Ascot House, I cant wait to go back again. It was just PERFECT. Romantic room, outstanding breakfasts and quite the loveliest innkeeper you could imagine. She made our stay memorable - nothing was too much trouble and she went out of her way to pamper us.

“Wow!”
Marilyn3/26/2007
We have stayed at dozens of B & B's and this is without doubt the best one! from the welcome to the rooms to the food and most particularly the innkeeper, this is one I would recommend, part of me does not want to recommend it so that we can keep this treasure to ourselves! But it was such a great experience that is would be selfish not to share.

“Best B&B EVER!!”
Katie3/7/2007
Ascot House B&B is PERFECT! The best B&B we've ever experienced in the USA or abroad. The building itself is grand and gorgeous (huge ceilings and lots of fireplaces), elegantly decorated, and beautifully appointed. The bedrooms are huge, elegant, totally comfortable, and very romantic. Loved the fireplace! The bathrooms are outstanding: enormous jacuzzi tub , a fireplace, real English toiletries, soft towels and even robes. We had a fantastic authentic English Tea after check in. Yummy. Breakfast was delicious too and custom tailored to our requests. The innkeeper is so nice, friendly and helpful: She "made" our stay. We will DEFINITELY go back again as soon as possible!!!! Best B&B expperience EVER!!!!
