About Our Rooms
The Andrew Room
The Andrew Room, located in the historic main farm house, is romantic and relaxing, decorated with charming antiques acquired over many years. The queen-size bed and matching dresser is made of solid mahogany with brass inlay. These finely crafted pieces were made by the prominent Herder Furniture Company of Philadelphia in 1860. The original fireplace and wall of handmade brick add to the feeling of stepping back into history while keeping all modern comforts. The private full bath is located directly outside the room.
Rates: $110 - $110
Drakes Guest House
You will have the Drake's Guest House entirely to yourself. This house is located directly behind the Main Farmhouse and includes a queen-size brass bed and, in the next room, a queen-size sleeper sofa. High cathedral ceilings serve as a background for the 100-year-old Pennsylvania fieldstone fireplace. The house has a full bath with shower and a small kitchen, with refrigerator, sink, microwave and coffee maker. Additional amenities provided are television, DSL internet access, air conditioning and a work area. An old fashioned country swing hangs from the hand-hewn barn beams on the porch.

The Bonnie House at Westminster Preserve
The common areas include a large equipped kitchen, dining room with table that seats 12 and living room. Sliding glass doors in the dining & living room areas open to a large wrap-around deck that overlooks the Love Pond, pastures and woodlands. Guests are served breakfast on the deck or in the dining room.
Rates: $500 - $500
The Love Cottage
The Love Cottage is named after Robert Love and Nancy Hutchinson Love, who established the homestead at Armstrong Farms in 1816. The farm is now a Pennsylvania Century Farm and the family linage continues with the sixth and seventh generations living at the farms. The cottage is located at our Westminster Preserve Farm. The three-room house, tastefully decorated with antiques, includes a bedroom with a queen-size hand-made Amish poster bed. The living room has a double futon and a desk work
