About Our Rooms

Champagne Suite

Our largest room is sparkling, luxurious and carpeted. There's a King-size bed and Sealy Posturepedic mattress. It is crisply decorated in muted garden florals. Its beautifully tiled en-suite bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower has brass and chrome fixtures with ceramic tiles throughout. This room has access to an optional private deck that may be reserved upon request. The room’s décor reflects the charm and authenticity of this renovated Victorian Bed and Breakfast. Step down into opulence and step back into the past. A Flat screen TV and an electric fireplace complete this cozy room.

Merlot Room

Merlot RoomThis room is decorated with a bold flair, that harkens back to Victorian times. It is bright and spacious with a high ceiling and a wool rug. It has a private bathroom en-suite that features a cast-iron tub and a shower with ceramic tiles throughout. The floor is finished in the golden color of the original Victorian wide yellow pine planks. Decorated in burgundy, green and florals, it has an old world brass and wood ceiling fan and is stylishly fitted with a Queen-size bed with a Sealy Posturepedic mattress, two nightstands, side table, and dresser. An electric fireplace completes this room.

Rose Room

Rose RoomThe lace curtains and the Arts and Crafts style headboard make this a romantic and mysterious room. It is spacious, bright and has the exotic Brazilian Kempas hardwood . The Queen-sized bed with a Sealy Posturepedic mattress is dressed in peach florals. The beautifully tiled en-suite bathroom has a cast iron tub and shower with brass, chrome and ceramic fixtures. A ceiling fan, dresser, nightstand, side table, chairs and reading lamps complement this beautiful room. This romantic room is quiet with a view onto landscaped gardens and grape arbor.

Zinfandel Room

Awaken to the birds chirping in the garden. Smell the roses from the rose garden and the sweet smell of grape blossoms from the grape arbor. This bright, cheery and quiet room looks out onto the garden and the grape arbor. It is spacious, sunny and has wall to wall Berber carpeting. The Four-Poster Queen-sized bed with a Sealy Posturepedic mattress is dressed in green stripes and florals. The beautifully tiled en-suite bathroom has a whirlpool tub and shower with brass and ceramic fixtures. A Flat LCD TV and DVD player complete this room.

Home Away from Home

Arbor View House B&B

To try and put the experience I had at Arbor View this weekend into words would not do it justice, but I'll try my best! The moment we arrived, we were greeted by Wilfred and some amazing conversation and iced tea, which was just right for a summer's day. Our room was absolutely beautiful and the bed was heavenly! I'm 3 months pregnant, and it was the best sleep I'd had in months, even relieving my back pains. My boyfriend and I both received soothing massages which Veda graciously set up for us. Speaking of Veda, her breakfast's are amazing! Veda and Wilfred know their town, and they gave us great recommendations for dining, beaches, and local spots. This was our first time at a B&B and, now, it definitely won't be our last. Honestly, the 2 day weekend felt like a full week's vacation. I have to admit though, as great as the place was, what made it memorable for us were Veda and Wilfred. They are the most gracious hosts and beautiful people all around, and that's not something you can find everywhere. They made us feel like we were home, but even better. We will definitely be returning, and I would suggest this place to anyone looking to relax and get back to what matters in life! Wilfred and Veda, I can't thank you enough!

This was our first experience at a bed and breakfast. We were welcomed with tea and cake and shown to our room (the Champagne Suite) which was impeccably clean and very romantic. Veda and Wilfred are extremely knowledgable about the area. Breakfast was delicious. Hospitality was above and beyond anything we've every experienced traveling. Arbor View House receives our highest recommendation! We look forward to returning.

Birthday to remember

My husband always surprises me with something wonderful for my birthdays. This year he made it very hard to out do himself next year. The Arbor View helped my husband create such a special experience for my birthday. The personal touch they provided made me feel like I was celebrating my birthday with family. Vita's breakfast is by far the best home cooked meal I've had since childhood. Their hospitality and welcoming ambiance made it hard to say good bye. We stayed in the Zinfandel room, it was ultra comfortable. We will most certainly return!!!
