Circa 1928. This stately home was built by the craftsman chosen to meticulously restore and reconstruct Colonial Williamsburg. Using the same high standards and hand-crafted architectural details, it is perfectly located along the Historic Corridor. The classic decor of the Colonial era is evident throughout the well-appointed rooms. Guest bedrooms and suites offer high four-poster canopy beds and boast modern conveniences. A magnificent candlelight breakfast is served on a pedestal table under a crystal chandelier in the dining room. Complimentary afternoon refreshments include fresh baked cookies, Virginia peanuts and beverages. In keeping with its name and extensive apple collection, delicious slices of apple pie are available every evening.
