A Romantic and Quiet Getaway

This place was fantastic! My wife and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon and we could not have been more pleased with the experience. Betty Karol and Charles are so nice and accommodating. The breakfasts each morning were amazing. From fruit to some of the most delicious ham I have ever tasted, from apple deserts to a great casserole, the food was a real treat, pun intended. :) The inn only takes one reservation at a time, so you are the only guests in an eight room house! This was very nice, as it provides a great romantic getaway. The peace and quiet was very comforting and relaxing. We will definitely be visiting again!
Innside Tip:
"Hiking and Wine Tours"
There are a handful of wineries within about half-an-hour of the inn. We visited a few of them and were very pleased. Shenandoah and Cave Ridge were particularly good. The Shenandoah National Park and George Washington National Forest are also not far away. We hiked the White Oak Canyon Trail in Shenandoah National Park, starting from the bottom, going about 2.9 miles up, seeing some fantastic waterfalls along the way and a breathtaking view once we reached the top.
