Cancellation:	Cancellations within 7 days of scheduled arrival date will be charged for one night or 50% of the total reservation amount, whichever is greater. Cancellations within 3 days of scheduled arrival date will be charged the full amount of the reservation. This includes "no-shows" and premature check-outs.
