Cancellation:	If your plans change and you need to cancel your reservation, call 585-374-8413 at least 10 days prior to your arrival or you will be subject to a cancellation fee. Group reservations require 30 days cancellation notice. There is a $25 processing fee for all cancellations. If cancellation is made less than 10 days prior to your arrival, you will be charged for the entire reservation including add-ons, unless room is rebooked. Groups will be charged for entire reservation if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival unless room is rebooked. No shows and same day cancellations will be charged for the entire stay. Early departures will be responsible for the entire reserved stay unless room is re-rented. Reservation and cancellation policies apply to gift certificates.
