Circa 1905. One block off the main street, this inn is an oasis of peace, quiet, and beauty in the historic Hargadine District. This modest farmhouse has grown over the years with architecturally harmonious additions and was transformed into a bed and breakfast in 1990. To better serve theatre-goers to Ashland's world-famous Oregon Shakespeare Festival, guest rooms include private bathrooms and two courtyard suites were added by the rose garden. Watch satellite TV in the downstairs den that also has an extensive collection of games and puzzles. Read the newpaper and magazines or use the guest computer in the living room. Fine art hangs throughout the inn. A delicious, organic breakfast always starts with a fresh fruit smoothie and a fruit parfait, then fresh baked goods.
