Walking trails just outside the door offer a comfortable experience with nature and the untouched local landscape. Soak in the outdoor hot tub, sit by a firepit and create wonderful vacation memories. The common area boasts a 60-inch plasma TV. Luxury accommodations with generous amenities are designed with comfort in mind and may feature a Jacuzzi tub or steam shower. Mouth-watering home-cooked breakfasts are made with locally produced seasonal ingredients when possible. World-class seafood restaurants are nearby. The airport and downtown are less than 20 minutes away. Fly fishing is popular throughout the Kenai Peninsula. Wilderness trips, photography excursions, horseback riding and arctic hunting are favorite adventures.

Policies

Cancellation:

A first nights rental fee is charged upon reservation and serves as a deposit. For cancellations with 14 nights notice or more, 50% of the deposit (including tax) will be refunded. The 1 night fee will be assessed for any single-night stay cancelled with less than 14 nights notice. Cancellations involving multiple night stays are calculated as follows: With 14 or more nights notice of cancellation the full deposit is forfeited, with less than 14 nights notice of cancellation 50% of the total rental cost will be charged. (For Example: A 6-night stay with 14 or more nights notice of cancellation will forfeit single night deposit. A 6-night stay with less than 14 nights notice of cancellation is charged for 3 nights including applicable room tax.)
