Minimum Stay Requirements:Weekends require 2 or 3 night reservations, especially in Spring and Fall (peak seasons). One-night reservations available when able to be accommodated
Cancellation:A deposit of $25 is required at the time of reservation, with full payment 2 weeks before arrival. Cancellations require 2 weeks, once the room is paid for; any cancellation results in a refund only for nights able to be resold.
