Minimum Stay Requirements:2 nights on weekends, 3 nights for Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta
Cancellation:Cancellations must be 7 days prior to arrival date to assure a full refund. (Does not apply to Balloon Fiesta dates). Less notice will result in a forfeit of 50% of the total cost of the stay, with a minimum charge of one night. Booking within 3 days of arrival will result in an immediate non-refundable charge to credit card. For bookings during Balloon Fiesta, cancellation must be made 30 days prior to arrival. The amount collected will only be refunded if room is re-booked for any of the nights canceled. A confirmation will be faxed or emailed and is required to be signed and returned.
