Privacy Prevails

Small common room encourages the intimacy of one’s own quarters. Breakfast in basket in the room enhances that privacy. Secluded hot tub warms you all over. Sometimes you just want to be alone with each other and you can do it here.

Perfect Girlfriend Getaway

We (three women friends) organize a girlfriend getaway every January and this year we chose the White Jasmine Inn located in the heart of all things Santa Barbara. After doing our duties as nurse, choir director and publisher right up to the last minute before departure time, we threw our stuff together (Alice packed in 7 minutes) and scrambled into the car for our drive. Four hours later, pleased with our accommodations, we ran off for an early dinner to officially launch our getaway. Louies was the perfect recommendation as it was just down the street providing a beautiful setting, a delicious menu and helpful waiters. We sauntered home to watch Downton Abbey together and plan the next day. In the morning, a beautiful breakfast was delivered in baskets and we sat down at the suite's table for an intimate and tasty morning meal, set for the day's shopping, beaches and evening entertainment. When we returned to the inn a fresh batch of fudge was in the parlor and we talked for hours and hours enjoying each other, catching up and making plans to slow down and love our lives in 2016. The inn's very gracious hosts, quiet location and satisfying accommodations, added much to the success and fun of our getaway. We all want to go back.
