This B&B is wonderful in every way. My room(2B)was perfect, beautifully decorated, light, spacious and everything one would ever need provided. Location is the Best in OB!Breakfast is to die for! If Katie doesn't have what you want, she gets it! She is a world of info about where to go, what to see and what and where to eat! Many choices so unless you're spending a year, you will need her help to enjoy your stay even more. Trust me, you will not want to leave.
