Minimum Stay Requirements:	No one-night Saturday stays; three day minimum on holidays.
Cancellation:	The inn must be called 15 days or more prior to the reservation arrival date or guest will be charged the full amount of the reservation. If a portion or all of stay is able to be re-rented, guest will be refunded the re-rented amount. Any cancellation will result in a $25.00 cancellation fee. No shows receive no refund and will be charged the entire amount of the reservation.
