Love at first sight!

Absolutely fell in love with this BnB! Her place is beautiful and is a joy to walk around the whole house. Her outdoor atmosphere is just as "homey" as inside. Loretta was absolutely a joy (and makes awesome breakfast burritos and cinnamon pankcakes)! YES! I will definitely be back! :)

Exquisite!

Each room has a perfectly appointed, fun, eclectic theme. Loretta, the hostess, is super friendly and accommodating. (And her little dog Lola is the cutest thing ever!) We could not have asked for a more wonderful stay in Wrightwood.

Beautiful B&B

Our first time staying at a B&B. I would recommend Rhinestone Rose B&B. If you are looking for a friendly and romantic place to stay this will hit the mark. Loretta is a warm and friendly woman who cares about her guests. She cooks a wonderful breakfast with all fresh ingredients and our room, Where the Angels Sleep, was perfect and well taken care of. She made our stay one of the most memorable we have had in a very long time. Thank you Loretta for allowing us to get to know you. We will be staying with you again. Valentines Weekend Getaway

This bed and breakfast was very relaxing, and romantic! And Loretta couldn't of been a better host! She made sure that all our needs were meet! There were many cool surprises such as, the dry sauna and the heated toilet seat!! :) When I booked the reservation I really wanted to come on Valentines day, but my husband had to work. So when I asked Loretta if she could still decorate our suite w/ Valentines décor she was more then happy to do so! She even arranged a lovely massage, and booked our dinner reservations for us! And provided a complimentary bottle of wine, and chocolate! I definitely appreciated those little extra things she did to make sure our stay was extra special!!

Best BnB

Loretta couldn't have been more accommodating and polite, our NYE retreat went off well thanks to her. I can't recommend Rhinestone Rose enough for a romantic getaway. Each room is carefully decorated with antique furnishings and embellishments, all in like new condition. It didn't feel at all like a hotel, it felt like staying in someone's exquisite home who dedicated her whole day to taking care of you. - Joe Burbank, CA

Memories Revisited

It has been a couple years since we stayed with Loretta. It was New Years Eve night. The memory comes to light as another holiday season begins. I cannot tell you how perfect our stay was. From the moment we arrived and spent a few moments chatting to when we regretfully had to leave the next day. Not only was the B&B everything we envisioned but Loretta and her loving dog mad us feel right at home. The other guests were delightful and we made new friends over a glass of wine in the afternoon. This could not be a more perfect place to stay. The outside was still being improved upon when we were there but it promised to be just as impressive and relaxing as the indoors. Loretta has definitely provided us a memory I will cherish and enjoy time and time again. (We didn't have time but there was plenty to do within the Inn as there were games and nice tv and room to roam)

Romance is in the Air

A Rhinestone Rose BnB is charming, eclectic, and decorated for a romantic night away. Three Boudoir's with private Loo's. Breakfast was served under candlelight and we were surprised with antique pink glassware. There were walking gardens, flower filled patio's and the spa was comfortable for relaxing or a healing massage. We will return to this BnB and the atmosphere of a Mulberry Village.

Great find - a jewel of Wrightwood

I recently stayed for a single night. My stay was last minute as Mountain High had just received a bit of snow, I was lucky to come across this B&B as just about everything else was already booked. Loretta (the innkeeper) is awesome -- Very friendly and easy to talk to and there to help if you need anything. It was evident from check-in to check-out that this place is more than just a business to her, very clearly it's a labor of love. {::T::}{::H::}{::A::}{::N::}{::K::}{::S::} ~ {::L::}{::O::}{::R::}{::E::}{::T::}{::T::}{::A::}{::!::}

Romance in a Winter Wonderland.

I stayed two nights at the Rhinestone Rose over the weekend with my boyfriend in the Romance & Roses room. The room was wonderful and strangely, it felt like home. We both adored the decor throughout the Bed & Breakfast that piqued our curiosity at every moment. The first night Loretta waited patiently for our late arrival (make sure you let her know if you are going to be late) and was extremely welcoming when we came in from the cold. She made sure our room was warm when we arrived, brought us a bottle of complimentary wine to our room and we enjoyed a relaxing bath in our very own Jacuzzi tub. The Bed & Breakfast is only a short drive (about 10 minutes) to Mountain High and when we arrived back at the Rhinestone Rose to a toasty room with a heated bed waiting for us. In the morning Loretta had prepared a delicious breakfast and suggested a few things to do around the mountain in the summer time. A couple of things, Loretta has a small dog who is a little shy and a cat who is very nice (just something to know in case you have allergies). The Rhinestone Rose is meant as a romantic getaway for couples, children aren't allowed here due to the nature of all the antiques. If you have food allergies don't hesitate to tell Loretta, she's VERY hospitable to requests. She accepts cash & credit cards now (noticed some of the reviews said she didn't). With the credit card, you can email yourself a receipt. We plan on going back to the Rhinestone Rose and are going to make it our go to place when it stay in Wrightwood, it's worth every penny.

Delightful

The Rhinestone Rose is a gem, a diamond not a rhinestone. We found this delightful B & B through a friend's recommendation. Our room was an inviting, romantic room called the Angel Room. It was wonderfully furnished and was a pleasure to just relax and take in the ambiance. Loretta was a delight and made us feel special. We were pampered and the breakfasts were an art director's dream. Loretta knows and loves her local community and guests and it shows.

Romantic visit

My wife and I stayed here on our anniversary. The house is clean and the rooms are decorated very nicely with alot of unique items. Loretta was very polite to us and other guests at the b&b. There are alot of ammenities to make one feel at home and we will come back. The continental breakfast was more like a regular breakfast and was very well prepared.

This was the first time we stayed in a B&B and we didn't know what to expect. We're very glad that this was our first experience, we felt welcomed and very comfortable. The decor was interesting to look at and breakfast was wonderful. Thanks Loretta, for the memories!

Great Summer Weekend

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Rhinestone Rose. Loretta was wonderfully accommodating and gave us all the information we needed to explore the nearby town and find yummy food. We loved our room "The Hide Out", the recently redone Geisha Room. There were two great rooms to watch movies and cuddle up with a book, and a great room with hot tub, massage room, and daybed for relaxing. Breakfast was delicious:-)

Odiferous Tinkles

The minute you walk through the front door, your nostrils will twitch as they detect the unmistakable musky odor of cat spray. If you choose to stay in the romantic whirlpool suite, you will find that the funky smell is strongest right around your door, and that an army of scented candles won't come close to drowning out the stink.

A mountain jewel

We celebrated our honeymoon here. We were warmly welcomed by proprietor Loretta and he two little furry friends. The room we selected was warm, romantic, decorated just for us we felt and had a Jacuzzi which was just frosting on the cake. Loretta's breakfast was very tasty and served totally on our schedule. Highly recommend the Rhinestone and will pass this on to anyone who will listen!

Rhinestone Rose's First Wedding

After proposing to my wife, ‘Lucy’ Pearson, in the mountains of Wrightwood after a short hike, I learned that my fiancée at the time always dreamed of this, in addition to becoming married at the same place. My wife and I, Jason Pearson have always been fascinated and intrigued with doing things that are considered uncommon or unorthodox. My wife and I took no interest in the cliché of marrying in a chapel with the same dull expectations. Rhinestone Rose Bed and Breakfast provided the perfect opportunity to conduct a unique wedding. The sight seeing to the resort is great, the resort’s appearance is great and lavish, the rooms have their unique theme and is appealing to the eyes and is welcoming, the food is unique with culinary preparation and great taste. My wife and I continue to have our anniversary every year since 2008. In stead of walking down a chapel isle my fiancée at the time walked up an elegant stair case adjacent to a waterfall (which at the time was not complete, but is now) to an aesthetically decorated gazebo where the wedding took place. My wife and I would strongly recommend Rhine Stone Rose Bed and Breakfast for any occasion.

A GEM IN THE MOUNTAINS

My husband and I stayed along with my son on the 4th of July week-end. It was fantastic. Our room was the Angel room and it was so elegant. My son stayed in the romantic room and it was was beautiful! We lived in Wrightwood for 15 years and had not been back for 20 years. It was like going home again. Loretta is the best INN KEEPER! Well that discribes the "INN KEEPER" as Lorreta calles her self. She had me in stitches and that will be where I will always wamt to go when I want to get away. It is a beautiful wonderful place to be and it is fun meeting the other people. 5 star all the way, wine in your room and breakfast is a blast, just remember Loretta is there just cooking away. An absolute gem!

Serendipity led us to Loretta and her charming B&B. We are both fans and aficionados of bed and breakfast inns, and we were both absolutely thrilled to find such a wonderful place by chance. Loretta is the best innkeeper we've met, and words can't describe how great the Rhinestone Rose is. You simply have to see it. It's one of a kind.

Romantic Weekend

My husband and I were looking for a short trip close to home and heard about the Rhinestone Rose in Wrightwood from a friend. It turned out to be about an hour and a half from us but quite a difference from the hussel and bussel of our daily work week to a romantic, care free mountain retreat. Our room at the Rhinestone Rose had a jacuzzi and lots of flowers everywhere, very romantic. We loved the "Rose" and plan to escape to our retreat as often as we can. Also Wrightwood is a charming little town with lots of snow (we were their in the winter) and antique shops.

Tranquil Surroundings Romantic

I spent a night at the Rinestone Rose BnB while speaking at a seminar in the area. The BnB is wonderfully designed and the rooms are perfect for a romantic evening or a weekend. The room I stayed in had its own jacucci which was great for the muscles after a long day of instructing a seminar. The service was great.

I had a fabulous time at the Rhinestone Rose B&B. It is one of the better B&B's that Ive been to and would recommend it to anyone who likes B&B's. The rooms are so darn cute and lots to look at. Love aniques! The beds are clean and chrisp and the water pressure is the best! Loretta is the BEST Hostess! Wrightwood is beautiful, if you've never been. Thank you Loretta, for the nice stay and we'll be back:-)
