This place should not be in your book,it is bad very bad.Lady who runs the place did not want to take our free nite coupon. She thru up her hands, and told her husband to handle it.There was no breakfast, the place was very dirty. The showers heads would not only spray water on you but all over the bathroon floor.I ask her if she had wireless internet she would not answer me.The lady was not nice, she was a b...h. Parking is not very good. It is not the type of place you should have it in your book.

Management Response
I explained to this lady that she had violated all the coupon rules, then told her my husband would finish her check in, and take her coupons. My husband showed her to a lovely, newly refurbished room. A new cedar ceiling, original art work hung on the wall, new ceiling fan, light fixtures, a beautiful antique four poster bed with a new foam mattress dressed in 100% charmeuse silk sheets and coverlet, full kitchen, bath; with a gorgeous Ramada tucked in the garden. This room was cleaned, top to bottom, after the remodel. All for $27.50 per night. My license does not allow me to cook, since I have no commercial kitchen. We have a continental breakfast, which is well stocked with a large assortment. My parking allows eight cars by the front door. In addition, we have a large, 300' x 30' paved parking area a few feet away. Respectfully submitted, LaVerne Tromble

This is a great place. I spent 3 days here and the views are fabulous. I stayed in the Zia and it was very nice with a great kitchen !!. A great trail to walk if u like seeing the great flowers in the desert. Thank you Laverne for a great vacation. Mike Herrera
