Surrounded by one acre of landscaped English gardens, a fountain and shade trees, relax on a lounge chair on the deck of the swimming pool. The inn provides beach chairs, bags, towels and seasonal shuttle service to and from Cooper's Beach. Relax with afternoon tea in one of the fireside common rooms. Air-conditioned guest rooms on the second floor are named and decorated to reflect five of the estates where innkeeper Chris previously worked. Sophisticated upscale amenities blend with thoughtful details like a crystal decanter of sherry, homemade cookies and fresh flowers for a truly pampered stay. Cancellation:Due to the small size, a last-minute cancellation gives little chance of re-booking the room. For this reason, once your reservation is confirmed your deposit less 10% of the total of your reservation as a cancellation fee will be refunded. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, you are responsible for the entire amount of the reservation. Cancellations for any reason within this 14-day period will be refunded (less the cancellation fee) ONLY if able to rebook the entire reservation in the same room for the same period of time. No-shows, late check-ins & early checkouts are responsible for payment of the entire reservation.
