Judge John J. Gresham, cotton merchant and founder of the Bibb Manufacturing Company, built this antebellum Greek Revival house. It features graceful columns, elaborate mantels, crystal chandeliers and oak parquet floors inlaid with mahogany. Guest rooms boast cable television discreetly tucked into antique armoires. There are whirlpool baths available in the main house and in an adjoining Victorian cottage. All rooms are accented with fine English antiques, Oriental rugs and working fireplaces.
